In high school, I once had a teacher tell me that people who study art in college usually do it because they “aren’t good at anything else”, and that still sticks with me to this day.  Well, guess what?  This comment inspired me to work harder when it comes to my art.  Ever since I’ve learned to pick up a pencil, I have been drawing, and one day in middle school I thought to myself, "Hey, why not make this into a career?"

My name is Anna and I am an artist from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. I graduated from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design with a BFA in Illustration in 2022.  Since then, I have freelanced for different companies and organizations, including Riverwest Currents, Sine Qua Non Salons, Southeast Wisconsin Festival of Books, Alliance Francaise de Milwaukee, and Milwaukee Realty Inc.  Some of these projects range from Editorial Illustration to Postcard Design.  When I’m not illustrating or designing, I enjoy reading a good book, getting wrapped up in a video game, or watching anime or mo.
